Vertical Chest 3 sets of 12 at 60 lbs.

Back extensions 3 sets of 15

Then:
4 miles of high resistance cardio

Then:
Stretching on the mat

so my inspiration was gone.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

I just finished watching, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I identify with the character, Lisbeth Salander so much and I am emotionally moved by the very last scene, I cant help but loose sleep by laying here wondering how many other women feel this way. Used by men for our talents, our bodies, our minds, our friendships...our love. Only to be betrayed, hurt and alone.
