The Alaska Club

Today I consumed:
1 small banana
3 scrambled egg whites with salsa,
a half of cup of fresh raw broccoli,
sushi with crab,
hand full of asparagus,
10 oz steak

20 oz of water
and 8 oz of rice milk

Exercise:
I spent an hour in the gym;
Hip abduction 3 sets of 10 at 95 lbs.
Hip adduction 3 sets of 10 at 95 lbs.
Leg extensions 3 sets of 10 at 80 lbs.
Seated Leg curls 3 sets of 10 at 70 lbs.
Vertical Chest 4 sets of 12 at 50 lbs.
Compound Row 4 sets of 15 at 50 lbs.
Precor chin assist 3 sets of 10 at 130 lbs.
75 sit-ups on the stability ball
20 0f which were done with a 15 lbs ball for arm extensions.
