Today I consumed:
0800 - A few bites of the left over protein bar...yuck
0900 - a banana
1000 - yogurt
1300 - veggie wrap
1630 - last few bites of the protein bar...jesus its like plastic
2000 - a green salad with pulled chicken and broccoli
20 oz of water
Exercise:
I spent 45 min in the gym doing 4 miles of cardio.
