Today I consumed:
2 small bananas,
1 bowl of honey bunches of oats,
One slice of cold, left over Moose's Tooth veggie pizza,
and a Greek salad from Taproot.
40 oz of water
and 8 oz of rice milk
and 2 glasses of white wine
Exercise:
I hiked up flat top mountain again (5K)
After the hike I went home to take a shower,
threw on some jeans
and headed over to listen to some live music at Taproot.
I think I found my lil piece of heaven here :)
