I have a plan
While going over my food intake tonight with Adam,
I confessed I had no carbs or fiber today.
My excuse was the day was unplanned.
He told me,
"In oder to achieve success,
you must have a plan"
But, tonight I got another 25 miles in on the bike.
The goal for the week is to drop 3 lbs.
