Hip abduction 3 sets of 10 reps
Hip adduction 3 sets of 10 reps
Vertical chest 3 sets of 10 reps
Compound row 3 sets of 10 reps
1 mile of cardio
Hip abduction 3 sets of 10 reps
Hip adduction 3 sets of 10 reps
Vertical chest 3 sets of 10 reps
Compound row 3 sets of 10 reps
1 mile of cardio
then stretching on the mat while checking out the men.
