Today I consumed:

a yogurt
a veggie wrap
a green salad with shredded chicken.
30 oz of water
and 8 oz of rice milk
Exercise:
I went to the East Gym;
3 miles on the precore elliptical
30 leg lifts.
I would have done more,
but I had to run downtown to
meet up with some friends for
the Frist Friday Art Walk.
...even now as I type this out,
I want to go outside and run.
Im going to kill it tomorrow.
