Though I am dedicated to my goals,
I do think it is healthy to give myself a break now and then.
So yeah, it would be easy to not post when I do this,
but by doing so I can show you that yes,
I do eat and yes you can get results and still eat out with friends.
You just need to work your ass off to make up for it.
Today I consumed:
2 slices of french toast,
2 scrambled eggs,
1 ruben,
1 small green salad,
1 veggie calzone,
and a slice of sugar free NY cheese cake...so worth it!
30 oz of water
and 8 oz of gatorade
