Progression.
I am a single parent that works full time.
I maintain a household all by my self
and despite my demanding schedule,
I still make it to the gym every day.
I do my hair, wear makeup and enjoy
putting on a little dress with heels now and then.
I have no excuses
and I think you should stop listening to yours.
Just because you are busy,
doesn't mean that you can't take time for yourself,
your health and embrace your femininity.
Set the bar high and reach for it!
