Workout of the Day
1 mile of cardio
3 sets of 15 back extensions
3 sets of 10 ball squats against the wall
3 sets of 10 assisted chin lifts
3 sets of 12 shoulder presses (15lbs)
3 sets of 12 upright rows (20lbs)
