4 miles of cardio
50 situps with a 12 lbs weight on my chest
15 push ups alternated with mule kicks
3 plank 20 sec holds
2100 - salad with chicken and egg
I almost didnt go tonight.
I came home and almost fell asleep.
So tired from lack of sleep.
