Today I consumed:
1 small banana
3 scrambled egg whites with salsa,
a large romaine salad topped with
chopped broccoli and fresh King Salmon.
40 oz of water
and 10 oz of gatorade
Exercise:
I spent an hour in the gym;
Hip abduction 3 sets of 12 at 95 lbs.
Hip adduction 3 sets of 12 at 95 lbs.
Leg extensions 3 sets of 10 at 80 lbs.
Seated Leg curls 3 sets of 10 at 70 lbs.
Vertical Chest 4 sets of 12 at 40 lbs.
Compound Row 3 sets of 12 at 40 lbs.
Precor chin assist 3 sets of 15 at 130 lbs.
50 sit-ups on the stability ball
50 reverse sit-ups on the stability ball.
I then went over to the Chugach State Park and ran 7 miles,
mostly on the Turnagain Trail.
It was beautiful out!!!
