Boot Camp Week Three
In 1 min I did:
15 pull ups at 80lbs assist
28 sit ups
24 push ups
47 body squats
39 dips
Decreased weight by 3lbs
I lost 5.75 inches all over
Reduced my body fat by 4.8%
