Boot Camp Week Three

In 1 min I did:

15 pull ups at 80lbs assist

28 sit ups

24 push ups

47 body squats

39 dips

Decreased weight by 3lbs

I lost 5.75 inches all over

Reduced my body fat by 4.8%

Mothers Day

Today is a two year annaversary that I am letting go of. Its Mothers Day, my mother is out with her boyfriend, and my daughter is with her father. But thats ok, because:

Red Light

I love watchin men use weed whackers. The extra care in maintaing the details with a long humming machine in a swaying motion. It was great entertainment for a few moments at the red light.
